How to Use?

  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Find a comfortable position.
  3. Insert your Ruby Cup horizontally towards your tailbone (butt).
  4. Allow it to open and create the seal.
  5. Wiggle the cup to ensure that there is little movement.
  6. Check to ensure that the cup is opened fully.
  7. You’re all set for the next 8 hours depending on your flow.

Cleaning and Storage

  • Ruby Cup is always accompanied by an organic cotton bag for storage and a small booklet with instructions.

    To Clean the Ruby Cup

    1. Wash Ruby Cup in mild soap and water
    2. Place Ruby Cup in the Ruby Clean Sterilizer.
    3. Fill the Ruby Clean Sterlizer with water enough to submerge the cup.
    4. Place this container in the microwave for 5 minutes. 
    5. Remove from microwave.
    6. Empty water and alllow Ruby Cup to air dry.
    7. Store Ruby Cup in cotton bag provided until next cycle.
