How to Use?

Find a comfortable position before using your Ruby Kegel trainer.
  1. Gently insert Ruby Kegel Trainer into your vagina.

  3. Then release the contraction for 10 seconds, again taking deep breaths.
  4. Repeat this 9 times, thus making a complete set of 10 reps consecutively.
  5. One full exercise routine consists of 3 sets altogether.
  6. This should be done at least 3x per week.
  7. For faster results, make this a daily exercise routine. Can even be done while watching the television.
